The Fannin County Lake Economic Development Committee (FCLEDC) was formed to provide strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations focused on the responsible growth and long-term economic vitality of Fannin County’s lake regions. The committee brings together leaders and business owners from development, real estate, infrastructure, finance, agriculture, and public service to evaluate opportunities, identify infrastructure needs, and explore tools that support smart, sustainable development. FCLEDC serves in an advisory capacity to County stakeholders, helping ensure that lake-related growth delivers measurable benefits to residents, businesses, and the broader community while preserving the character and resources that make the region unique.
