Fannin County provides the public web access to its public information
of county and district court records, both civil and criminal,
as well as the county and district court calendar.

Please note the following information:

Please note that this is a new system to Fannin County that was just implemented on November 24, 2009. Our system only provides access to records deemed to be public information by the respective court. This system should not be considered a substitute for contacting the proper individual regarding important information. If you have any questions where it is imperative that the information is correct—for example, a court date—you should contact the proper respective individual that would have access to that information to confirm and verify the information.
